Personnel entry standards
Dress code requirements: Must wear fitted dust-free clothing and shoes, hair must not be exposed, a mask must cover the mouth and nose, sleeves must cover the glove opening to avoid wrist exposure.
Cleaning procedure: Before entering, you need to pass through the dust chamber, with your hands on your waist and walking slowly. Running is strictly prohibited, and the two of you need to maintain a distance of at least 30 centimeters between your bodies.
Prohibited: Non dust-free notebooks, pencils, correction fluid, photocopy paper, and other items are not allowed to be brought into the clean room.
Indoor Code of Conduct
Action requirements: When walking indoors, it is advisable to move lightly and not run to avoid affecting the airflow.
Prohibited behaviors: Do not take off masks and gloves to rest indoors, do not use cosmetics (such as lipstick, powder blusher, perfume), and do not eat anything (such as chewing gum).
Equipment operation: When equipment maintenance requires sitting, lying down, or lying down, a special plastic cloth must be laid on the ground.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Cleaning principle: Following the principle of "smooth surface, easy cleaning, and no dead corners", rooms of different cleanliness levels should maintain sufficient pressure difference.
